PIZZA BOMBS
Hello guys and welcome back to Cooking with Sam. Today I will be cooking a request. “Pizza bombs.” It’s basically pizza in a ball. I’m going to be using the recipe from Tasty for reference. I would always see their videos and think about making them but I never did. Until now.
So these are the ingredients:
Any brand is fine. I always go to Food 4 Less for my ingredients.
3 tbsp. butter, for greasing the pan
biscuit dough, 1 can
spicy marinara sauce
sliced pepperoni
mozzarella cheese shredded
butter 3 tbsp.
2 cloves garlic minced
salt ¼ tsp
white pepper ¼ tsp (or any pepper)
The first step I followed was making the seasoning for the bombs. It was 3 tablespoons of butter (melted), and ¼ tsp of white pepper and salt, or however much salt you want. Mine came out kind of salty, again. Also, make sure to add 2 cloves of minced garlic.
This recipe overall is pretty simple and quick, the only hard part for me was closing up the bombs. After I made the seasoning, I quickly started making balls out of the dough. After they were in a ball shape I pressed them flat to create a circle shape. Then I put spicy marinara (a little bit is enough), mozzarella, and pepperoni. It was annoying when I would overdo the marinara and then the biscuit dough wouldn’t close because it wasn’t sticky anymore. Also, DO NOT ADD WATER TO THE DOUGH. I tried it just to see what would happen and it just made it way too sticky and hard to shape. So, if you’re making this, keep those things in mind. I messed up 3 of them. But it’s okay we move on from mistakes.
After that, I made sure the tray I put them on was buttered. I didn’t have any parchment paper or whatever. I put the bombs into the tray. Then I glazed them with the seasoning. It was so satisfying. I put it in the oven for about 23 minutes, and it was nice and crunchy but also chewy on the inside.

Would I make it again? Yes. My sister liked it. I would probably add more cheese, like on the top. I forgot to do that part. It tasted even better with Cholula. I add Cholula to everything. It never fails. My sister added cream cheese. With both, it tasted good too.
